Beata Nelson on Future Outlook: "I'm still really loving swimming and I'm getting better"

NCAA and World Cup champion Beata Nelson got her first LCM race reps of the season in at the Westmont Pro Swim last weekend, placing 6th in the 100 free (54.7) and 3rd in the 50 fly (26.4). After just missing the US Olympic team last summer, Nelson competed at the World Cup in the fall, then took an extended break to let her body recover. Now back in the water, Nelson is still loving swimming as a pro, saying she’s still seeing improvements and learning ways to upgrade as an athlete.
