Natalya Praises Billy Corgan, Eric Bischoff Discusses WWE's Recruitment Process

During a recent appearance on the “Developmentally Speaking” podcast, Eric Bischoff commented on his time working at the WWE Performance Center and the recruitment process the company has in place.
You can check out some highlights from the podcast below:
On the PC's recruitment process: "They're recruiting blue chip, division one, gymnastic athletes. Women's volleyball athletes, obviously amateur wrestlers, gymnasts, all of the above. They're recruiting top level athletes who they recognize as having personalities that perhaps could be molded and they're training them in a very sophisticated way."
On his first day walking into the PC: "I was so impressed, I said, 'Jeremy [Borash] man, how long have you been training this crew? He said this class has been here about two weeks, I said what? … if that's any indication of what that talent is capable of, learning based on how they're being trained and taught, I think we're going to be seeing a lot of great talent coming out of the Performance Center."
Natalya will be appearing at the NWA Crockett Cup on May 17th, and she recently appeared on the “Busted Open Radio” podcast to explain what it means to be able to appear on the show. She said,
"Billy and NWA, they represent tradition. And it's funny, I'd gone to one of Billy's shows about a year ago, and I was backstage, and I was just so impressed because there's a different vibe in their locker room, it's very close-knit, and I think that Billy is all about tradition, he's all about respect, and he's all about the art. If Billy Corgan is about anything, it's about the art, and that's very much what I represent. That's why I have my own ring and I love training there, I love training people there. I love doing what my grandfather did in the original Dungeon."
She continued, "I'm all about tradition, too, but I'm also about work ethic. I don't believe in phoning it in, I don't believe in coasting. NWA represents everything that I'm about, and it's just gonna be such a special show for me to be a part of, especially since it's for Billy because I think he's amazing and I love what he's doing for wrestling."
