Somalia's Ministry of Youth and Sports has accused Somali Athletics Federation President Khadija Aden Dahir of "abuse of power" after Nasra Abubakar Ali took nearly 22sec to race the women's 100 metres at the International University Sports Federation World University Games in Chendgu.
