Ronda Rousey is back in the gym.

The former UFC women's bantamweight champion is not planning a combat sports comeback, but is hoping that MMA training will help her return to form after becoming a mom for the second time, alongside ex-UFC heavyweight Travis Browne.

"Rowdy" married "Hapa" back in summer 2017.

Joining Rousey is former UFC women's bantamweight contender, Cat Zingano. "Alpha" challenged Rousey for the 135-pound strap atop the UFC 184 pay-per-view (PPV) card back in early 2015, losing by way of submission in just 14 seconds.

That said, she wasn't "dominated" (her words).

"I'm going to try and be a little more brave and not go through this journey in secret but share it in hopes it helps anyone out there going through something similar," the 38 year-old Rousey wrote on Instagram, referring to her public vanishing act after giving birth the first time.

"Crazy to think now that I never shared these pics because I was afraid of people comparing my post-baby-bod to my fight-camp-form in a cruel way," Rousey added. "Now it's obvious the one unfairly comparing was me — holy sh*t what an idiot I was, I'd be so proud to get back to that point now."

Rousey recently left her WWE career behind after failing to have the stamina for it.
