Conor McGregor fired shots at Ilia Topuria during a livestream, in which he threatened to ‘box’ his rival’s jaw ‘on sight’.
The Spanish-Georgian is currently the UFC world champion, in the division where the Irishman first captured world championship glory.
Conor McGregor tells Ilia Topuria he’ll fight him ‘On sight’
Throughout his time in the sport of mixed martial arts, Conor McGregor has proven himself as one of the greatest trash talkers of all time.
While blessed with an incredible array of kicks and a thunderous left hand, his primary weapon is verbal warfare, mentally breaking down any opponent who dares set foot in the cage with him.
Often, the Dubliner had his enemies defeated before the first bell chimed, with his adversaries crumbling under the pressure of the circus that comes with a McGregor fight week.
And while he hasn’t competed in a very long time, ‘The Notorious’ is still firing shots at anyone who gets under his skin.

On this occasion, he directed his onslaught at Ilia Topuria, claiming he’s willing to have a straightener with the 145-pound King at BKFC in Marbella.
During a stream with Duelbits, McGregor said: “I’d grab him by the scruff of the chest and slap the little nose off him, yeah. Little ding dong of a thing he is.
“I’m in Marbella, bro, at the Bare Knuckle. You little fool, I’ll cave your head in. You little short a** tick. I’ll box your jaw in, on sight.
“I’m in Marbella, Spain, October 12 at the Bare Knuckle. See what happens when you come across me, bro.”
Ilia Topuria claims he’d say ‘No’ to a Conor McGregor fight
Perhaps McGregor was so angry with Topuria, because of comments the 27-year-old made earlier this week.
During an interview, the world champion claims he’d turn down a clash with the MMA legend if it was offered to him.
He went on to launch his own verbal tirade against McGregor, making several jibes at the legacy the icon is going to leave behind.
