Floyd Mayweather relied upon his bodyguards to remove him from a heated situation while shopping in London earlier.

The Israel-Hamas war is one of the biggest in modern history and an incredibly sensitive topic for many. The conflict between the two nations is seeing a disgusting amount of innocent lives being taken away, and Mayweather's beliefs have landed him in hot water.

Floyd Mayweather is never too far from controversy and often speaks his mind, which was the case during his recent visit to London.

While shopping, the legendary boxer was confronted and allegedly got punched for his support of Israel.

The video shows Flody Mayweather being escorted away and into a car by security as commotion ensues in the streets of England.

Shouts of 'p*ssy' and 'b*tty boy' can be heard from the enraged people of London. Despite one man commenting that Mayweather just got 'punched up', the 47-year-old looked unharmed as he was driven away from the scene.

Does Floyd Mayweather support Israel?

Floyd Mayweather has rubbed many people the wrong way with his open support for Israel.

Mayweather has been open about his love for the country and thanked them for their hospitality after several visits to the country earlier this year.

The undefeated boxing champion has expanded his business empire to Israel and insists the nation is his 'home away from home'.

"There's nothing like returning to such warmth and hospitality," Mayweather stated on social media. "A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team at Ben Gurion Airport for the welcome back."

"It feels like home away from home! Actions speak louder than words, and I'm here to support in every way I can. Here's to another great journey together."
