Demetrious Johnson has retired from MMA, bringing an end to a glittering career. Johnson made the announcement at the ONE Championship 168 card. He made his name in the UFC after joining from WEC in 2011. He secured the UFC Flyweight Belt a year later after securing a split decision win against Joseph Benavidez at UFC 152. He successfully defended his belt 11 times until 2017.
