
Get ready for spring golf! Callaway celebrates change of season with Andy Murray film

Sick of winter golf?
Dark days, dark skies.
Wet turf, wet clothes.
Tired of faffing about the house thinking of golf, watching golf, putting in front of the TV?
Feeling the need for some sunshine?
Wanting to make your way to the golf course with a spring in your step?
Callaway gets it.
The clocks went forward this weekend which means golfers across Europe are all set for the improved weather of spring.
To celebrate our frustrations, but also our hopes, Callaway has released a fun video that captures the feelings of all of us.
Narrated by tennis legend, keen golfer and newly crowned Callaway ambassador Andy Murray, Get Sprung is all about those feelings of irritation as we can see the line approaching and are itching to get back onto the fairways.
To bring the film to life, Callaway assembled a strong roster of talent, including the ForeBrothers (Patrick, Ronan and Declan Moloney), Inci Mehmet and Trey Niven of Sky Sports, and amputee golfer George Blackshaw.
They all embody the shared desire for longer days, better weather, and the perfect conditions to finally get back on the course.
They're even joined on screen by Callaway staffer, two-time Major winner and Olympic Gold Medallist, Xander Schauffele, who is inducing envy from the Europeans as he enjoys golf in sunnier climes.

"With Get Sprung, we wanted to acknowledge golfers' frustrations at bad weather, muddy courses and waterlogged greens, and the anticipation that builds as the days grow longer and you finally have the golf season in front of you," says Chris Gregg, Marketing Director, Callaway Golf Europe.
"This is a tribute to golfers across Europe who have been eagerly awaiting the clocks going forward, meaning the return of post-work nine holes, short-sleeved rounds, and those crisp 7am tee times with friends."
The film, made in collaboration with Callaway Golf Europe's agency MSQ Sport + Entertainment with creative and production by Homeground, will be accompanied by follow-up content on Callaway's social channels, featuring behind-the-scenes footage that offers viewers an exclusive look at the high-level production behind Get Sprung.
There will also be a competition on the @CallawayGolfEU Instagram channel, giving followers the chance to win a season starter pack, including Callaway Chrome Tour Golf Balls, Tour Authentic Gloves, and a round of golf on the Old Course at St Andrews, Links Trust.
A pretty good way to start the season for the winner.
