Terence Crawford Trolls Teofimo Lopez Small Pay Days

One of the pound for pound boxing honchos on the planet, ‘Bud’ Crawford has hit back at a rival.

Crawford will face Canelo Alvarez in September in the biggest super fight in boxing since Mayweather vs Pacquiao.

One of his former stablemates and still a rival, Teofimo Lopez was chuckled at by Crawford on X for one of his $2.6 million dollar pay days he let slip on social media:

“2.6 is crazy work to be getting when you this big star you say you is. it all makes sense now why you was being a goofy now.”

Lopez along with Inoue and Keyshawn Davis are the last stars US promoter Top Rank basically has left now.

They would be wise to keep hold of Lopez in particular if they are trying to get a new TV or streaming deal later in 2025.

He is the biggest American name in the US market they have left now.

Lopez can leverage this but needs to fight star opponents.
