La Dominicaine Marileidy Paulino, championne du monde en titre, est devenue pour la première fois championne olympique en s'imposant sur le 400 m, vendredi aux Jeux Olympiques de Paris. Elle s'est emparée du record olympique avec un chrono de 48''17.
