A new update has been provided on the lawsuit involving the “ring boys” against TKO, WWE, and Vince and Linda McMahon. The Maryland Supreme Court ruled in February that the Child Victims Act is constitutional, removing the statute of limitations for civil cases. A Joint Status Report has been filed by all parties as they await the court's decision to lift the temporary stay on the lawsuit.

The report indicates that once the case is active again, the defendants will have 45 days to file responses or motions to dismiss, while plaintiffs will have 21 days to respond. If the lawsuit is amended, the defendants will have 14 days to respond.

Filed in October, the lawsuit involves five plaintiffs who accuse Mel Phillips and Terry Garvin of sexually abusing them in the 1980s and 1990s while working for WWE. They allege that Vince and Linda McMahon were aware of the abuse but failed to intervene.

Michael Cole has confirmed the length of his WWE contract.

During Tuesday’s episode of Logan Paul's “IMPAULSIVE” podcast, Cole revealed that his current deal is up in eight years.

Cole signed a new deal in the spring of last year. He joined the company back in 1997.
