Reason Why The Rascalz Were Pulled From WWE NXT Tag Team Title Match

More has come to light about TNA Wrestling’s The Rascalz who will not be competing for the WWE NXT Tag Team Titles as initially planned.

This week, NXT General Manager Ava shared that due to matters beyond her control, Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz will not challenge Axiom and Nathan Frazer.

In a Wrestling Observer update, Dave Meltzer is reporting that the match was changed as Miguel will undergo unexpected minor surgery on Sunday.

Instead of The Rascalz, SmackDown’s The Street Profits will challenge for the NXT Tag Team Championships on tonight’s show instead.

Tonight’s show will be the second show of ‘WWE Week’ on the USA Network. The show will mark the in-ring debut of Giulia and feature TNA’s Jordynne Grace in action.
