New ROH World Champion Crowned On AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam

Eddie Kingston is your new ROH World Champion.
In the opening match on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam, Kingston defeated Claudio Castagnoli in front of the Mad King’s hometown crowd to capture the gold. The finish of the match came when Kingston hit Castagnoli with a spinning back fist and powerbomb.
This marks Kingston's first-ever title reign in ROH. Castagnoli's second World Title run comes to an end at 285 days.
