Mindy's Bakery Is Still Getting Customers Thanks To CM Punk

Mindy’s Bakery is still getting customers thanks to CM Punk’s infamous AEW All Out rant, over two years after Punk made his views clear.

Following All Out 2022, Punk spoke poorly of the Elite, Hangman Adam Page, and Colt Cabana, all while tucking into cupcakes from the bakery.

On a recent edition of the “Let Me Tell You Why…with Jeremy Jacobowitz” podcast, Mindy of Mindy’s Bakery spoke of Punk’s influence on her store. She said,

“I will tell you, it’s the gift that keeps on giving. He is such a great guy. He lives in my neighborhood. He used to come to my restaurant all the time and sit at the bar and eat. He’s a great, very very good man. He has always supported me. He’s always supported my staff. I didn’t know the magnitude of (the press conference). It’s insane. People still come here because of CM Punk.”

After his comments and a backstage fight, Punk was suspended from AEW and was released from AEW in 2023 after another suspension.

Mindy’s Bakery has been referenced in wrestling since Punk’s comments, including Drew McIntyre visiting Mindy’s earlier this year.
