Dana White – 'Brock Lesnar & Ronda Rousey Will Not Fight At UFC 300'

Brock Lesnar and Ronda Rousey may have had highly successful careers in the UFC, but neither will be competing at the much anticipated UFC 300 event.

UFC 300 is expected to take place in early 2024 and there has been speculation of both returning to the Octagon given the milestone.

While speaking with “Sports Illustrated”, UFC President Dana White ruled out either competing at the show. He said,

"I get why everybody asks. I love that everybody loves them like that, and with so much passion. I do, too. But they're definitely not coming back for UFC 300. I'm focused on Madison Square Garden. But no, they're not coming back."

Lesnar competed at UFC 100 in 2009, where he would defeat Frank Mir. Lesnar’s return win at UFC 200 in 2016 was overruled after he tested positive for substances.

Rousey’s final fight was at UFC 207 in December 2016 and she would become the first woman inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame in July 2018.
