A former AEW World Champion recently filed for a new trademark.

Chris Jericho submitted the trademark application for "Hi Guys" to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) on September 11 under the entertainment services category.

This trademark aligns with Jericho’s current Learning Tree persona, where he frequently uses the phrase to kick off his promos.

In March, Jericho introduced the Learning Tree gimmick as he attempted to establish a mentor-student dynamic with HOOK.

Jericho lost the FTW Title to HOOK last month at AEW All In London 2024.

You can check out the trademark description below:

"Hats; Shirts; Socks; Bandanas; Shirts and short-sleeved shirts; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts
