WRESTLING RUMORS: WWE Considering Major Plans For Saturday Night's Main Event

That’s a lot. There are certain events and shows that have taken place throughout WWE’s history, with some of them coming back time after time. Some of these might have been gone for a long time but you will occasionally see them come back for a special occasion. That is what we will be seeing again in about a month, but there might be a lot more of them to come.

WWE is set to present the return of Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 14, marking the show’s return after a sixteen year absence. According to WrestleVotes Radio by way of Cagesideseats.com, WWE is planning five Saturday Night’s Main Event specials through the end of 2025, with one of them taking place in the lead up to next year’s WrestleMania 41. WWE has yet to announce any further episodes of the show.

Opinion: It’s a good sign that WWE has plans for this show going forward, though what matters the most is getting the first one right. If there is no interest in the first show, there is not likely going to be much in the later episodes. For now though, WWE seems interested in doing something with the series and I’m curious to see what they ae going to do with it going forward.
