Top WWE Raw Superstar Not Present At Tonight's Episode

-- One of WWE Raw's top wrestlers won't be at tonight's episode of the show and in fact, isn't even backstage according to a new report from pwinsiderelite.com.

-- Drew McIntyre is not backstage in Portland, OR - the site of tonight's Raw - and is not scheduled to be there in any capacity according to the report. McIntyre's absence is apparently strictly a creative decision and not related to an injury or other related issue.

-- Some expected McIntyre to miss last week's Raw in order to be able to attend the Hollywood premiere of his movie "The Killer's Game", however, WWE required him to be physically present at Raw in Calgary in order to film the live segment with Adam Pearce setting up his Hell in a Cell match against CM Punk next month at WWE Bad Blood. One of the hopes was that perhaps McIntyre could have gone to the premiere and then flew up to Calgary to make it to Raw but that never happened due to likely logistical or timing reasons. In any case, it's a weird development that he ends up missing this week while CM Punk will be there to comment on the HIAC match in Drew's absence.
