Former WWE Superstar Odyssey Jones (real name Omari Palmer) has filed a defamation lawsuit against his ex-partner over alleged false statements that resulted in his exit from the company.

Back in January, Meileth Nunez released detailed claims that Jones physically abused her back in May of 2024. On Friday, Brandon Thurston of POST Wrestling reported that just days later, Jones filed a defamation lawsuit against Nunez in Orange County, Flordia.

Palmer’s lawsuit states that Nunez falsely alleged physical abuse which led to his release from WWE months later.

Despite this new lawsuit against Nunez, she told Thurston that she intends to file counterclaims for harassment and will pursue an order of protection against the former WWE Superstar.

Nunez also claims that TKO’s investigation against Jones for this incident led to the termination of his WWE contract due to probable cause.

Thurston reached out to WWE and TKO for comment on this matter but got no response from either.
