Upon announcing her retirement back in July 2024, Meiko Satomura mentioned wanting to face all sorts of competitors from around the world. She recently competed in her final matches in the United Kingdom and Germany. Meiko has also constantly appeared in her home promotion of Sendai Girls where she captured the Sendai Girls World Championship from DASH Chisako back in December of last year.
Now, the “Final Boss” squares up against Minoru Suzuki in an intergender dream match before her retirement. Sendai Girls made the match official for their April 3 show in Shinjuku FACE. The two have previously worked in the past as tag partners on special occasions. In 2014, Satomura and Suzuki defeated the pairing of Kana (WWE’s Asuka) and Naomichi Marufuji.
