Matt Hardy has received a ton of gifts from fans throughout his career, but one gift in particular was very creepy.

On a recent episode of The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy, the TNA Wrestling star revealed that he and his brother Jeff received a ton of gifts during their rise to fame with WWE in the 2000s. When co-host Jon Alba brought up the fact that he told him at one point a fan gifted him their blood, Hardy told the very disturbing story.

“Well, they sent it to my P.O. box,” Matt Hardy said. “We had a P.O. Box, and there was a young lady who sent me a vial of her blood. And it wasn’t small, it was a big vial of her blood. And in the note, she said, we’ve met, and I know you don’t know me well, but we are connected. We are linked. And I need you to take this blood, put it into a syringe, and put it into your own blood vessels.

“She said, if you put my blood into your blood vessels, then give me a vial of yours. And this is my return address, she said, and we’ll always be linked. We can always feel one another. And I mean, it sounded like a script out of True Blood. It was wild. That’s probably the most wild fan interaction I’ve ever had. So that — at least I’ll give it to her, she was committed to the bit.”
