Frank Mir gets very angry when this happens
In his esteemed career, Frank Mir proved himself to be one of the greatest heavyweights the sport has ever seen, scaling the UFC mountain not once but twice.
The skilled athlete forged a reputation as one of the best Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioners in the history of the division, regularly forcing his opponents to tap with ruthless submissions.
Now, he’s guiding his children down the path of martial arts, aiming to instill in them the same warrior spirit that has always lived inside him.
However, on occasion, Mir claims that when his kids are competing, the parents of their opponents can take it a little too seriously.

In an interview on the HJR Podcast, he explained: “The only times I’ve ever had to walk out of a gym, sometimes my kids will be on the mat, and I can see the parents has their kid going, and the kid is going kind of nuts.
“The parent is trying to live through that their kid is going to beat my kid. They’re going hard, and my kid still thinks it’s a game of rolling around.
“I have to sit there and go, ‘Turn it on’. Then, I get mad. I’m like, ‘Hey, wait a minute, if you wanna find out we can find out, if you have any questions, we’ll go outside and I’ll answer every one of them for you’.”
