UFC Vegas 82 Results: Joanderson Brito taps Jonathan Pearce with ninja choke, takes off pants

You know the old saying — talk crap, get tapped?

Jonathan Pearce just found out the hard way.

On Saturday, Pearce faced Joanderson Brito in the final preliminary card fight at UFC Vegas 82. After a competitive first round, Pearce began finding his groove in the second, scoring a takedown and wearing on Brito from top position. After complaining to the referee about shots to the back of the head, Brito then mocked Pearce, who fired back by repeatedly telling Brito, "Get up and do something, boy! Get up and do something!"

Well, Brito did.

Shortly after that exchange, Brito got to his feet and immediately locked in a ninja choke on Pearce, forcing the Tennessee native to tap out at 3:54 of the second round. Following his sensational submission, Brito then added insult to injury, taking his pants off in the middle of the cage, and heaving his mouth guard into the stands.

Brito has now won four in a row inside the UFC, all by way of finish.
