It is rare nowadays for Athletic Commissions to release payouts and salaries for Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) athletes, but Washington did so recently. This means we have accurate information on how much UFC fighters made at UFC Fight Night: "Cejudo vs. Song," which took place two weeks ago in Seattle, Washinton.
Main event winner Song Yadong took home the biggest paycheck at $320,000, while former two-division champion Henry Cejudo walked away with $160,000.
Cejudodropped a weird technical decision to Yadong after being unable to continue because of a nasty eye poke.
UFC Bantamweight Rob Font also banked $320,000 for his split decision win over Jean Matsumoto, who only made $26,000.
The other notable big payday was Brendan Allen, who walked away with $210,000 after dropping a unanimous decision to Anthony Hernandez in the co-main event of UFC Seattle. "Fluffy" collected $144,000.
