UFC adds Loma Lookboonmee vs. Bruna Brasil to Feb. 10 card

Rising strawweights Loma Lookboonmee and Bruna Brasil will collide at a UFC Vegas event on Feb. 10, multiple people with knowledge of the booking told MMA Fighting.

The Fight Night show is headlined by middleweights Jack Hermansson vs. Joe Pyfer at the UFC APEX.

Lookboonmee (8-3) has been victorious in five of seven UFC bouts, including wins over Denise Gomes, Sam Hughes and Jinh Yu Frey. She finished Elise Reed with a rear-naked choke the last time she entered the eight-sided cage this past February. The 27-year-old Thai fighter has only lost twice in the UFC, a pair of decisions to Loopy Godinez and Angela Hill.

Brasil (9-3-1) won a decision over Shauna Bannon in her most recent bout to rebound from a stoppage defeat to Gomes in April. "The Special One" is now 1-1 inside the octagon, along with a head kick knockout over Marnic Mann at Dana White's Contender Series in September 2022.
