Sean O'Malley and Alexa Grasso are set to defend their titles at one of the most hyped events in UFC history.

Both fighters successfully weighed in for their respective championship bouts at UFC 306 on Saturday at Sphere in Las Vegas, with O'Malley coming in at 135 pounds for his main event bantamweight clash with Merab Dvalishvili (134), and Grasso tipping the scales at 124 pounds for her flyweight trilogy bout with Valentina Shevchenko (125) in the co-main event.

O'Malley seeks the second consecutive defense of his belt after defeating Marlon Vera by unanimous decision this past March at UFC 299. The challenger Dvalishvili enters Saturday's headliner on a 10-fight win streak.

For Grasso and Shevchenko, their third meeting presents an opportunity to settle their rivalry once and for all. Grasso scored a stunning upset of Shevchenko in their first fight when she submitted the long-reigning flyweight champion in the fourth round, but their rematch ended in a controversial split draw.

Top flyweight contender Manon Fiorot also successfully weighed in at 124.5 pounds to serve as a backup for the co-main event.

All 20 fighters competing Saturday successfully made weight at Friday's official weigh-ins.
