During his time out of fight camp, Paddy ‘The Baddy’ Pimblett has become most well-known for packing on the pounds and eating an incredible amount of food, making him look almost unrecognizable.

When it is time for action, Paddy ‘The Baddy’ Pimblett is always a true professional and has never missed weight, despite the criticism he receives from fans for stuffing his face.

In his last outing, the Liverpudlian broke into the top 15 of the lightweight division after picking up a very impressive win over Bobby Green, submitting him in the first round of their UFC 304 fight.

With no fight currently in the pipeline, the 29-year-old is once again enjoying himself by stuffing his face with delicious food and is even doing so competitively.

Pimblett recently spent some time at his favorite restaurant ‘Furusato’ where he attempted to break their record for the most amount of wings consumed, which was previously set at 36.

In the video he posted on his YouTube channel, Pimblett took the moral support of his wife and friend/musician, Jamie Webster.

“I’ve seen him eat and it’s frightening, to be honest. If he says (he’s going to eat) 45 to 50, he’s not gonna stop unless it’s one of the numbers he’s said,” his friend said.

25 wings in and the UFC lightweight contender began to struggle, but showing his championship grit, he continued to push on to smash the record.

Pimblett went on to consume a whopping 47 wings of different flavors, beating the record by 11 total wings. Possibly the most surprising part is that after eating 47 chicken wings, the Scouser ordered three different dessert dishes.

Who could be next for Paddy ‘The Baddy’ in the UFC Octagon?

After only fighting once throughout 2023 because of injury, Pimblett may be hoping to get one more fight in before the end of the year, hoping to finish the year in the top 15-12 of the 155lb division.

‘The Baddy’ has previously called for a fight against Renato ‘Money’ Moicano, who currently sits in rank 11, however, in a few week’s time Moicano meets Benoit Saint-Denis in the UFC Paris main event.

The winner of that bout will likely go on to fight against a top-10 opponent, meaning Pimblett may need to fight someone else before he is granted his wish of fighting the Brazilian.

Rafael Fiziev is hoping to return to the Octagon towards the end of the year on his return from injury and is seemingly struggling to find an opponent. The striker currently sits in rank nine so it would make for a huge fight for Pimblett.

One idea that fans have begun to explore, is the possibility of Pimblett fighting against Conor McGregor at some point in the next year. McGregor’s original comeback opponent, Michael Chandler, recently announced that he is no longer fighting the Irishman next and is instead rematching Charles Oliveira.

Although a fight between two of the UFC’s big stars may seem like a stretch at the moment, Pimblett can really make a splash with his next outing.
