Michael Bisping has let rip at the man whose head kick led to him losing an eye.

The best British fighter of all time famously became a UFC champion despite being partially blind.

Michael Bisping’s serious health issues began following his fight with Vitor Belfort in January 2011.

‘The Phenom’ dropped him with a high kick before closing the show with nasty ground and pound.

Michael Bisping names MMA’s ‘biggest k—head’

Michael Bisping recently sat down for an hour-long conversation with ex-boxer Carl Froch.

During their chat, the former super middleweight boxing champion asked Bisping to name the ‘biggest k—head’ in MMA.

‘The Count’ immediately began talking about one of his former opponents, Tim Kennedy.

However, he soon realized that the man who left him partially blind while using performance-enhancing drugs is much more worthy of the title.

"Who else is there? Bisping asked after ripping into Kennedy.

“Oh, Vitor Belfort. A Brazilian steroid machine. You know, one of the biggest cheats in all the sport.

“I've never taken a steroid in my life. If you're gonna step into a cage or a ring with a human being, it's supposed to be about who is the better-skilled guy? Who is the better fighter? Who is willing to train their a— off?

“Now we have contracts, and we have drug testing and all that type of stuff. More importantly, as a man, you should be like, 'I'm just trying to beat you fair and square’. By getting up in the morning, going on a run, going to the gym – but this p—- was on every steroid under the sun.

“So, forget Tim Kennedy. Vitor Belfort [is the biggest k—head in MMA].”

Michael Bisping shuts down street fight talk

Bipsing and Froch also discussed how a potential street fight between them would play out.

"I'll just take you down. You'll be down on your back in no time," the UFC Hall of Famer predicted.

Froch talked up his chances of keeping Bisping away from him by utilizing his jab before the 39-fight MMA veteran, in the nicest way possible, let him know it would be a mismatch.

Bisping added: “Mate, listen. There's no d— measuring contest here, but I will say this…

"I think you'd be surprised [laughs]. I was known for my hands back in the day, Carl. Come on, buddy."
