Kayla Harrison predicts a dominant victory at UFC 307 before she 'stirs' up some drama for co-main title clash

Whilst there is a solid women's bantamweight title fight to look forward to in the co-main event of the UFC 307 evening, there will be far more eyes on the main card opener between Kayla Harrison and Ketlen Viera.

In fact, Kayla Harrison is so confident that she'll get the job done out in Salt Lake City that she's already requesting that the UFC have a front-row seat ready and waiting for her by the time the bantamweight title gets put up for grabs just a few hours later.

Kayla Harrison promises to deliver a dominant display out in Salt Lake City

Following an impressive submission win over Holly Holm in her promotional debut, fan-favorite wrecking ball Kayla Harrison is set to open up the main card of UFC 307 later this evening against veteran Brazilian Ketlen Viera.

Harrison remains an enormous betting favorite, the biggest on the entire card, and that's not particularly surprising considering how the American Top Team alumni has finished 13 of her 18 professional fights inside the distance.

Whilst Harrison knows that Viera will put up a stern test for her out in Salt Lake City, that isn't to say that the 34-year-old thinks the fight will be closely contested.

"Ketlen is a good fighter, she's experienced and been here for a while, always right on the cusp but I just think that I'm better everywhere," Harrison told Megan Olivi via ESPN MMA, explaining how "When you are the best in the world, you're the best in the world.

"Come hell or high water, I can't be stopped, and I truly believe that… I think that I'm going to dictate this fight from start to finish, I'm going to go out and be smart, pick my shots.

"I'm better on the feet, I'm better on the ground – everyone knows that I have vicious ground-and-pound so it's going to be a long night for Ketlen."

Should Harrison earn that statement win that she is looking for, she'll hope to get through her media obligations quickly so that she can be sat cageside for the first of two UFC title fights.

Kayla Harrison wants to be sat cageside for the title fight in the co-main event

In the co-main event of UFC 307, bantamweight champion Raquel Pennington is set to defend her title against former queen Julianna Pena; and it's safe to say that Harrison is looking to start some drama for whoever emerges with the 135lb belt over their shoulder.

"I mean I wouldn't say no if they offered me a seat, like a front row seat I'd be like 'Call your girl, I'm ready'" Harrison laughed, before admitting that should the opportunity present itself, she'd love to stir up some added drama.

"You want me to stir some sh**?! You want me to climb over the cage into it, not out of it but into it? Call your girl!"

Whilst Dana White often claims that the UFC never makes fights on the night of an event, many fans are expecting Harrison to be confirmed as the next contender with a win; regardless of how that bout plays out.

"Nobody cares about that fight," Harrison told Brett Okamoto regarding the title fight between Pennington and Pena.

"I mean, whatever. I feel like 'Okay, let's let them fight' and I honestly believe that I could fight all three girls in the same night and be champion… When you're the best in the world, you're the best in the world; my time is now, I hope they hold on to the title real tight while they can because I'm coming.

"I understand that I'm still the new kid on the block, but I really want the title because I got a long list of things I want to do while I'm in the UFC but one more fight, one more skull smashed and then it'll be mine."

It should be a fantastic night of action from Salt Lake City, UFC 307 goes down in just a few hours' time!
