Darren Till's hilarious reaction to John Fury's request for apology after Tommy Fury fight fell through

Darren Till made a successful debut in Misfits Boxing, knocking out Anthony Taylor in a dominant fashion.
This doesn’t mean the Tommy Fury fight has fizzled out yet. The two Brits had a heated rivalry in the buildup to their botched fight, with Fury pulling out after Till jested that he’d kick him in their boxing match. Fans didn’t like this but were happy to see ‘The Gorilla’ fight Taylor nonetheless.
After knocking out Taylor in their emphatic main event, the ball is in Till’s court where the Fury fight is concerned. Till alleges that Fury’s father, John Fury, has asked for an apology for the fight to be rebooked, and Till’s response was very characteristic.
Darren Till claps back at John Fury after being asked to apologize for botched Tommy Fury fight
Till ripped into John Fury in a post on X, apologizing in a way only Till could.
“John Fury has rang a member of my team and informed us that he will only let Tommy [Fury] fight me if I send a public apology to them. So I will say, I am sorry little John… Sorry that you’ve got a face like a bulldog chewing a wasp ya fat greasy lesbian!”
The trash talk should promote a bigger and better rebooking of the fight, as long as Fury doesn’t pull out, which has been a significant crux in this stage of his career.
Tommy Fury’s boxing predicament
Despite owning wins over two of the most popular influencer boxers currently in KSI and Jake Paul, Fury’s bargaining power is at an all-time low.
After numerous pullouts and inactivity, his fight with Till was an opportunity to make waves in the spotlight again. Pulling out over pre-fight trash talk lowered fan sentiment and ruined a chance for another money fight with Paul. ‘The Problem Child’ shut Fury down because of his unreliability, among other factors.
Now Paul has fought Mike Tyson, and Till put his name on the influencer boxing map at Misfits. Fury isn’t the only top player in town, and he’ll have to work hard to bargain a position against either fighter in the future.
