Dana White reacts to Alex Pereira vs. Dricus Du Plessis rumors

Talks are heating up on a potential blockbuster fight between Alex Pereira and Dricus Du Plessis, and Dana White has now shared his thoughts on the matchup.
'Poatan' has shown a desire to stay active and, despite having a fight approaching, he is already eyeing his next opponent. The Brazilian is keen on returning to the middleweight division in attempts to become a simultaneous two-division UFC champion.
The rumors of an Alex Pereira vs. Dricus Du Plessis clash are beginning to capture the attention of the MMA world. Dana White is now the latest to respond to the fantasy fight.
"My take on him is, he's f***ing nasty. That's my take on him," White said about Pereira. "He wants to move up, he wants to move down, he wants to go every[where]."
"That's why people love him. Those are the type of fighters that people love. Pereira wants to fight everybody. I love it."
Dana White continued, discussing the possibility of the bout.
"I don't know. The thing that's great about this is, first of all, I said a minute ago, that's why everybody loves him and he's great."
"But, it also gives us a ton of options as we're matchmaking. Should we do this, should we do that? Shouldn't we do this, shouldn't we do that? It's a good problem to have with a guy like him."

White later shed praise on Pereira.
"How about he's on vacation in Australia and accepts the last minute fight."

While there's certainly hype among many for the champion vs. champion fight, there are several obstacles that lie in the way.
Reports are suggesting that Dricus Du Plessis' next assignment will be to defend his title in a rematch against Sean Strickland.
One major hurdle is Alex Pereira's upcoming meeting with fellow powerhouse Khalil Rountree Jr. The pair are scheduled to meet in the curtain closer for UFC 307 on October 5.
