Soccer superstar and global juggernaut Cristiano Ronaldo has recently confessed his love for the UFC.
Ronaldo is not only the biggest name in the world of soccer — ahead of his close rival Lionel Messi — but he is also the most followed person ever across all social media platforms. The Portugal native may have rose to fame with the ball at his feet, but his starpower goes far beyond what he's done on the field.
After recently starting up a YouTube channel, Cristiano Ronaldo partook in the famous 'this or that' game. The game tasks players with answering which one they prefer out of two options.
When prompted with a choice between UFC and boxing, the 39-year-old rather surprisingly chose the UFC.
Ronaldo has been spotted at several huge boxing events; making his decision to choose UFC over boxing a shock to many. His most recent combat sports appearance was at the sensational Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk event in Saudi Arabia earlier this year.

Currently residing in Saudi Arabia playing for Al Nassr, Cristiano Ronaldo made a name for himself on the biggest stages while representing Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Juventus.
Despite being almost 40, 'CR7' continues to rack up the goals and is the most decorated scorer in the history of the sport. At almost 900 goals, the physicality monster lies ahead of his aforementioned rival Lionel Messi and Brazilian legend Pele in the list.
Ronaldo is quite clearly no stranger to breaking records, and he managed to do so once again after launching his very own YouTube channel. In just a matter of hours, the soccer ace became the fastest to reach 1 million subscribers and was even awarded a golden play button from the media platform on the very same day that he made his channel live.
