As Conor McGregor eyes his UFC return later this year, 'Notorious' has finally confirmed that his broken foot has now 'fully healed'.
Not only did the Irish superstar dominate headlines over the weekend as he allegedly 'fired' Mike Perry from the BKFC promotion, but he also teased that his eventual return to the UFC might be looming over the horizon.

Conor McGregor 'fires' Mike Perry from BKFC over Jake Paul result
BKFC superstar 'Platinum' Mike Perry was dropped three times and eventually stopped by Jake Paul in the sixth round of their boxing grudge match in Tampa, Florida on Saturday evening.
Frustrated by the performance of the promotion's biggest stars, Conor McGregor took to social media to claim that Perry not only took a significant pay cut in order to take the fight but that the combat sports veteran was also cut from the BKFC roster.
Whilst it appears that the vast majority of fans were firmly on Platinum's side regarding the 'firing', with Perry still being the biggest name under the BKFC banner, Notorious was quick to turn the tide of the conversation back to his own eventual return to MMA.

Yet in between all the posts surrounding Mike Perry, Jake Paul, and BKFC, McGregor also found the time to tease what's next regarding his long-awaited return to MMA.
Earlier in the day, 'Notorious' had posted a video of himself training on a wall-mounted punch bag, tagging the BKFC promotion's social media page with an 'explosion' emoji.
Michael Chandler would then quote-share the video with the caption, "But show us the bare foot knuckles…" to which the former two-division world champion replied in a now-deleted tweet: "Hey bum beggar, the foot is fully healed."
News of McGregor's injury now being 'fully' recovered means that attention will now turn to when he'll make his long-awaited return to the octagon – and luckily, we've got another recent update on that front too.
On Thursday, McGregor appeared at a BKFC press conference in Marbella, Spain and was asked by MMA reporter Chisanga Malata whether December 14, which would be UFC 310, could be an option.
McGregor replied, "Sounds good to me, man."
That December PPV has not yet been officially confirmed by the UFC; however, it would also be in line with previous comments made by both McGregor and Dana White, who told Pat McAfee last week that the fight will happen before the end of the year.
"Yeah, that’s the fight that needs to happen, we’ve been waiting for it, and it’s an awesome fight. A fun fight. As of sitting here right here, right now, no I don’t have a date for it, a plan, or anything like that…
"But obviously, me, the fans, and ESPN would love for it to happen in 2024. But we’ll see what happens."
A reminder that the current UFC schedule consists of the following PPV events:
- UFC 304: Edwards vs Muhammad 2 (July)
- UFC 305: Du Plessis vs Adesanya (August)
- UFC 306: TBA vs TBA (September)
- UFC 307: TBA vs TBA (October)
- UFC 308: TBA vs TBA (October)
- UFC 309: TBA vs TBA (November – Expected)
- UFC 310: TBA vs TBA (December – Expected)
With McGregor fighting solely in the US, his return will likely be on one of the two final PPVs of the year, with the UFC 309 card in November expected to take place at Madison Square Garden in New York, and UFC 310 likely at The T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
