Khabib Nurmagomedov warns Antonio Rudiger
While Khabib Nurmagomedov is happily enjoying his time away from competing in the UFC, that doesn’t stop the Russian having to respond to call-outs on a regular basis.
However, they’re usually from fellow fighters, rather than soccer icons like Antonio Rudiger.
Showcasing that he’s capable of more than just beating people up inside the octagon, Nurmagomedov uploaded a picture of himself playing football to Instagram.
Of course, the post caught the former Chelsea and current Real Madrid star’s eye, with the player bravely taking to the comment section to issue a challenge.

With an air of confidence, Rudiger wrote: 1 vs 1 my brother.”
Acknowledging the message, the former UFC lightweight world champion responded with a simple reply, suggesting that while the challenge was clearly football-based, a 1 vs 1 means something very different to him.
Khabib said: “1 vs 1 is not football. This is MMA… Be careful."
Khabib Nurmagomedov orders coffee while dominating Belal Muhammad in grappling
While Rudiger is undeniably a world-class athlete, he’d most likely struggle in an MMA match-up with Nurmagomedov.
After all, the Sambo star can destroy welterweight champion, Belal Muhammad, without even trying.
‘Remember the Name’ recently recounted just how badly the greatest lightweight of all time can handle him.
He even went as far as to claim that Nurmagomedov was once beating him so easily that he actually ordered coffee while they were grappling together.
