Two huge names in baseball are among those eligible for the baseball Hall of Fame after a major decision by commissioner Rob Manfred on Tuesday.

Pete Rose and ‘Shoeless’ Joe Jackson, previously off the list because of gambling violations, will be eligible to be elected posthumously as of 2027.
