With two weeks until women's field is finalized, here's who's currently bound for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris

The race to Paris 2024 is nearly complete. Only two tournaments remain before the 60-player Olympic field closes, with the cutoff date of June 24 coming just after the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship.

Team USA currently consists of three players but that could jump to four if Megan Khang manages to move into the top 15 of the Rolex Rankings. Khang, who took a share of second last week at the ShopRite, currently ranks 16th. The IGF utilizes the Rolex Rankings to create its own Olympic Golf Rankings. The top 15 players in the world are eligible for Paris, with a limit of four players from any given country. American Alison Lee ranks 18th.

Currently no country has four players in the top 15.

The rest of the field will come straight from the rankings, with a maximum of two eligible players from each country that does not already have two or more players in the top 15.

The race to make Japan’s team got heated after Yuka Saso won the U.S. Women’s Open and then took a controversial turn after Nasa Hataoka was disqualified at the ShopRite LPGA Classic. Hataoka was subsequently passed in the rankings by Ayaka Furue, who tied for second at ShopRite. Saso and Furue currently hold the two spots, but it couldn’t be tighter: Furue (19th), Hataoka (20th) and Yamashita (21st).
