The 7 most popular golf brands in 2023 according to Google search data

Google search data has revealed which golf brands are the most popular in the online space.

The top seven brands accounted for more than 500,000 searches each month.

Some of those searches will be online window shopping and wishing the day will come, but studies show that golf is growing faster than ever as a participation sport.

Here are those top seven brands and what they do best.

FootJoy – 44,000 searches per month

FootJoy has quickly become the most popular shoe supplier on the PGA Tour and that notoriety is spreading beyond the professional realm.

Their shoes are notable for their support and injury prevention technology and are available in a variety of looks though they trend toward a conservative traditional golf shoe look. FootJoy are increasingly being recognised as the choice golfing footwear brand.

Ping – 45,000 searches per month

Ping have several flagship products that draw a lot of attention in both Proshops and the online shopping arena.

Viktor Hovland, Tyrell Hatton and Cameron Champ are among the high-profile athletes signed to Ping. Their G430 MAX Driver is one of the most searched clubs out there at the moment and their Glide wedges keep on gaining in popularity.

Nike Golf – 46,000 searches per month

Apart from their iconic association with Tiger Woods, Nike Golf have also cornered a portion of the golf shoe market with their popular Infinity Pro 2 shoes.

They have also seen their iconic Jordan range’s golf shoes garner significant attention.

PXG – 73,000 searches per month

Not yet in its 10th year of existence, Parsons Xtreme Golf has made an incredible rise in the industry.

Callaway – 97,000 searches per month

Titleist – 106,000 searches per month

Of all the golf brands, Titleist draw the most attention online every month and lay claim to having the most played golf ball across the worldwide professional tours.

Started with a focus on producing the perfect ball, Titleist have set out to completely outfit the modern golfer apart from shoes. Their Vokey wedges are the feather in the cap of their design department, apart from, of course, their incredible balls.
