Scottie Scheffler’s 2024 PGA Tour season will go down in the record books as one of the best.
In fact, he entered rarified air this year, drawing comparisons to some of the best seasons ever by one of the best golfers, Tiger Woods.
Scheffler remains atop the standings in the Official World Golf Ranking. He finished the year first in the FedEx Cup standings after winning the Tour Championship. He’s leading the U.S. team standings for the upcoming Presidents Cup.
Aha. Found one. He’s second to Xander Schauffele in the latest U.S. team standings for the Ryder Cup.
All kidding aside, that’s one of the few things Scheffler is not No. 1 in 2024. Here are the main categories where he did finish first.
