The house has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a basement, an elevator, a great room, a walk-in pantry, a private office and a golf simulator.
DM19 Builders LLC sold it. Grigg's Group powered by The Altman Brothers had the listing.
There are seven golf courses in the private golf course community at Desert Mountain.
