CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Another day, another weather delay in the Queen City.

The 2024 Wells Fargo Championship was suspended for nearly an hour on Friday afternoon with just seven groups left on the course due to dangerous weather in the area. Play was eventually finished later in the evening at the no-cut, big-money elevated event at the famed Quail Hollow Club, with Xander Schauffele in the lead once again.
