Keita Nakajima secured his first DP World Tour title at the India Open in what was just his eighth outing as a professional.
Nakajima has a full TaylorMade-supplied bag, with every piece of his equipment supplied by the famous brand from Carlsbad, California.
His choice of driver is the 2023 release, the TaylorMade Stealth 2 Plus at the standard 9 degress of loft and equipped with a Graphite Design Tour AD CQ 6 X shaft.
The TaylorMade Stealth 2 driver is known for its so-called forgiveness technology which has made it popular with better players as it tightens up the dispersion but doesn’t give up a great deal of distance in doing so.
For his 3-wood Nakajima makes an interesting choice, backing the TaylorMade Sim 2 Max. The club was first released in 2021 as part of a refresh of the Sim range.
His hybrid is from the famed Stealth 2 family and bridges the gap to his irons which he starts at four and ends at nine.
Nakajima uses the TaylorMade P7MC four and five irons and the TaylorMade P7MB from six through to nine.
His wedges are all from the TaylorMade Milled Grind family with a 46, 52 and 56 degree option from the third generation while his 60 degree is from the September 2023-released TaylorMade Milled Grind 4 TW range.
His putter is also a fairly recent release with his current choice being the TaylorMade TP Reserve B11.
He uses the new TaylorMade TP5 balls released in the current season.
Nakajima is already targeting playing regularly on the PGA Tour as soon as 2025 and if he stays all TaylorMade that could be a great boost to the brand.
“This is my first year playing on the DP World Tour and I’m very proud to have won on the DP World Tour and very honoured to be playing here.
“I want to try and finish on the top 10 on this tour and then go to the PGA Tour in 2025.”
