Davis Targets Stevenson After Loma Withdraws From Talks

Trainer Kenny Ellis wants his fighter Gervonta Davis to face Shakur Stevenson after the Vasiliy Lomachenko negotiations broke down. Bob Arum was confident about making the fight in November. Since then, Loma’s team has said otherwise. His manager Egis Klimas has said his fighter has ‘no motivation,’ while Arum expects Loma to fight sometime next year. That leaves the door open for a Shakur fight.
