Wembley finals, Fury vs Usyk, Premier League final day drama plus a possible Rory McIlroy masterclass in sport's ultimate weekend

This weekend is set to be a big one across the talkSPORT network as the Premier League ends and Tyson Fury faces Oleksandr Usyk.

We will also find out who the final teams to be promoted from League One and League Two are, with both play-off finals taking place at Wembley.

Plus, there is the small matter of the PGA Championship, where Rory McIlroy and Masters winner Scottie Scheffler are in action.

But despite all of this sport, we will have it covered across the entire network.

BOXING

Fury vs Usyk is set to see the first undisputed heavyweight champion since 1999 crowned.

It’s one of the biggest fights of recent times as these two titans of the sport finally come face-to-face on Saturday, May 17.

talkSPORT will host a live watchalong on our YouTube channel from 9pm until 1am.

The expert panel for the bout includes Adam Catterall, Spencer Oliver, former IBF World Featherweight Champion Sunny Edwards and legendary boxing voice Adam Smith.

talkSPORT.com will also be running a dedicated live blog to keep you right across the action.

PREMIER LEAGUE

There is only the small matter of the final day in the Premier League on Sunday, May 18.

Manchester City and Arsenal are vying to become champions, although it’s all in City’s hands.

If they beat West Ham at the Etihad, Pep Guardiola‘s men will win a fourth consecutive top-flight title.

Meanwhile, Arsenal need to beat Everton and hope the Hammers do them a favour.

And talkSPORT will be at The Emirates for a possible miracle that may even eclipse the 2012 finale if Arsenal are triumphant.

Adrian Durham will be your host from north London, with Sam Matterface and Arsenal fan Darren Bent providing commentary.

We then have FIVE other matches across the talkSPORT network, with the last relegation place and the final European spots still to be decided.

Faye Carruthers will present Sheffield United vs Tottenham, and commentary will come from Joe Shennan and ex-Chelsea defender Scott Minto.

The other four games will be available exclusively via the talkSPORT app and include Manchester United’s trip to Brighton and Jurgen Klopp’s final game as Liverpool manager against Wolves.

Once more, Durham will be your presenter, with commentary from Matterface, Chris Iwelumo and Adrian Clarke, and it will be exclusively live on talkSPORT.

McIlroy won the PGA Championship in 2014

GOLF

Away from the football, we also have the PGA Championship.

This is one of the most lucrative events on the tour and all of the big guns are heading into it in good form.

McIlroy won this tournament in 2014 at Valhalla, which is where 2024’s edition is set to take place, so he will hope for a repeat.

Strangely, the Irishman also won a golf tournament immediately after he split up with Caroline Wozniacki in 2014, which is intriguing given McIlroy and his wife Erica Stoll are about to get divorced.

talkSPORT will have updates throughout the event on talkSPORT and talkSPORT 2 from Sean O’Brien and Rupert Bell.

talkSPORT.com will also have all of the reaction throughout as the world’s best go head-to-head.

You can also listen via the talkSPORT app, on DAB digital radio, through your smart speaker and on 1089 or 1053 AM.
