Tyson Fury has clear advice for Joseph Parker as he prepares to face Deontay Wilder

Tyson Fury has faced Deontay Wilder three times, and has a bit of advice for his friend Joseph Parker, who takes on Wilder this coming Saturday in Saudi Arabia.

And yes, it's exactly the advice you'd expect, both from Fury's personality and simply if you've ever seen a Wilder fight.

"Don't get hit in the face with one of them big KO right hands. You'll be alright," Fury said.

"Avoid the right hand! That's my tip for Parker. What more else can you say? Don't get hit by the right hand and you'll win the fight. Easy day, isn't it? Sounds easy, anyway. I think Parker will do him."

Parker (33-3, 23 KO) has won three straight since his 2022 knockout loss to Joe Joyce. He also lost back-to-back fights to Anthony Joshua and Dillian Whyte in 2018, and his best career win is still the debatable decision over Andy Ruiz Jr back in 2016 in Auckland, where Parker won the vacant WBO title, which coincidentally had been vacated by Fury.

Wilder (43-2-1, 42 KO) may be a one-trick pony, but it's a hell of a trick, as we've seen many times over. He hasn't fought in 14 months, but he starched Robert Helenius in the first round in that outing, still looking every bit the crushing power force he always has been.

As for Fury picking Parker to win, has to be noted that Fury always picks people he likes in this manner. A truly supportive pal.
