Joseph Parker makes hilarious Anthony Joshua call-out video taking inspiration from Ed Sheeran and Napoleon Dynamite

Joseph Parker’s hilarious and creative call-out videos have continued, this time aimed at Anthony Joshua.

Parker began his hilarious video call-outs, by posting footage of him singing Take That’s 1995 classic ‘Back For Good’ in a bid to lure previous Dillian Whyte into a rematch next.

The New Zealander has now taken inspiration from Ed Sheeran‘s 2011 chart-topper ‘Lego House’, miming the lyrics to the song in the video in a bid to this time lure Anthony Joshua into a rematch.

Parker plays an incredible part in the video miming, while showing clips of their opening meeting in 2018 at the Principality Stadium in 2018.

He then includes the dance from 2004 film Napoleon Dynamite in his routine, while using a cut-out of Joshua’s face on a table football figure as he hilariously posed the question.

The former world champion can also be seen playing a guitar and painting, with the comical masterpiece clearly reuqiring a lot of effort again.

The video came with the caption: “Let’s build a lego ring, #JoshuaParker2.

Fans were once again impressed with the video, which is certainly creative and has even been considered the ‘best call-out in boxing history’.

Parker recently defeated Zhilei Zhang and has yet to pencil in his next opponent as he looks to remain in the world title mix.

Similarly, AJ has not yet secured his next fight and was originally touted to face Filip Hrgovic in a potential clash in June.

But talks are now underway for Hrgovic to face Dubois, which could leave Joshua without any concrete plans until later in the year.

Parker caused problems for Joshua in a resillient display, but ultimately failed to get the decision on the judges’ scorecards.

Joshua’s promoter Hearn refused to rule out a second meeting when asked in January prior to AJ’s win over Francis Ngannou.

And Parker’s promoter David Higgins believes he earned the right to secure a second shot at the Briton.

“Joseph has earned that fight [with Joshua] in my opinion and the Saudis would see merit in Parker against Anthony Joshua,” he told Sky Sports in January.

“It might not be next, there might be a bit more work to do but I think that’s the fight fans want to see. It’s a merit-based fight.

“In terms of opponents, Joseph will fight anyone and if you look at all the names on his resume from Derek Chisora twice, Joe Joyce, Joshua, Wilder, Dillian Whyte, the list goes on and he’s still only 31-years-old.

“We’ll fight Anthony Joshua in a heartbeat.”
