Jose Valenzuela believes his style will pose a lot of problems for Pitbull Cruz.

As Jose 'Rayo' Valenzuela prepares for his upcoming title opportunity against Isaac 'Pitbull' Cruz, he talks about why he believes his style and preparation is better suited to deal with Cruz as he expects to take home the belt. Check out some of what he had to say below.

"I've been in camp already for about three, four weeks preparing for Edwin, but you know I got a call, a big opportunity presented itself for the world title against Pitbull and I didn't ask no questions, I took it," Valenzuela said.

"Pitbull's a hell of a fighter, he's tough, but he's not unbeatable. He's been beaten twice already. He had a good fight with Rolly but I believe styles make fights and August 3rd I'm looking to upset the world.

"You look at the fight with [Pitbull] and Cabrera, also a lefty, Pitbull had a lot of trouble with him and with all due respect to Cabrera but I believe I'm a way better fighter than him. I'm with my coach Mario Rodriguez, Robert Garcia's officially part of the team now, he's going to be the second, and I believe with his experience we have everything it takes to beat a guy like Pitbull Cruz.

"We're sharpening up all my tools, my defense, my fundamentals, everything's going to be there August 3rd."
