Conor McGregor labels Logan Paul a 'little fool' and says he was 'impressed' by Dillon Danis despite disqualification defeat

Conor McGregor seems to be just about the only man impressed with Dillon Danis’ performance against Logan Paul.

The American MMA fighter Danis was beaten by social media star Paul by disqualification on Saturday night.

Paul eased to victory winning every round and in the final moments of the fight, Danis attempted some MMA moves, but they failed miserably.

A mass brawl quickly ensued, as security jumped into the ring to protect Paul, followed by members of Danis’ team, and the MMA fighter was disqualified.

After the fight, McGregor, who Danis had claimed would train him before the fight and that the Irishman would be ringside, neither of which turned out to be true, said in a since deleted tweet: “I was impressed by Dillon Danis.”

McGregor continued in a voice note: “Are you not entertained! I was impressed, good shots, [Danis] needs to believe in his shots more and more and let them go, some of them were alright.

“Some of them he was throwing were alright, he just needed to let them go a bit more.

“What did your man do anyway, he didn’t even wobble him, he didn’t even hurt him, you little fool.”

McGregor then made reference to the fact that in his post-fight interview, Paul revealed he had struggled over the last few months in the build-up to this fight due to Danis’ trolling on social media, which was mostly directed at Paul’s fiance, Danish model Nina Agdal.

“You were in a dark spot?” McGregor continued. “Guess what mate, you’re back in a dark spot now, back into the locker room… thinking about all the s*** you’ve been going through, you’re still in a dark spot, you done nothing, up the crew!”

The Irishman also tuned into the clash between KSI and Tommy Fury, which took place on the same card.

Fury won by majority decision, but there was some controversy, as most people seem to think that KSI did enough to win, or at least get a draw.

McGregor reacted welcoming a future clash with the Brit: “Ya know what. Me and KSI is an exciting fight. A juicy nixer I used to call them back when I was a plumber now I’m on a lambo yacht he’s in a huracan.”
