AJ discusses a range of topics during the 45-minute programme including his upbringing, boxing career and plans for the future.

In the opening segment of the programme, Theroux asks Joshua if he can look at his hands before quizzing the 34-year-old on whether marks on his hand were caused by years of boxing.

Pointing to one of the scars, Joshua replies: "Well, this one is."

Before Theroux probes further about scarring on his knuckles.

Joshua responds: "You know, funny enough… I'm not a troublesome person, I'll be honest with you – far from troublesome – but I used to get in fights, and my skin hasn't healed too well.

"So, this knuckle… I was going to get chicken one evening, and I ended up fighting six guys on my own. And that was just like massive – really good scrap. And I think this [one] is from the same time."

Theroux then asks if the Watford native had ever put anyone in hospital, to which he replies: "No, no, no, no. In a coffin. No, I'm joking!"

Joshua goes on to speak about his career, describing it as no longer being 'fun' and opens up on his drug habits as a youth.
