Amir Khan claims his fight with KSI could be announced within four weeks.
‘King Khan’ retired from professional boxing in 2022 following a devastating defeat to Kell Brook but he is now set to cross over to the influencer sphere.

And now, the former unified light-welterweight world champion has confirmed this to be true.
“If it was to be signed and done, I think we will get an announcement in the next four weeks and then we start to prepare,” Khan told Offshore Poker Sites.
“The UK [is my preference] because boxing fans always turn out and everyone in the UK will want me to smash his face in.”
KSI has had five professional fights (4-1) since turning over in 2019 with the sole blemish on his record coming against Tommy Fury in his last outing.
Khan far outmatches KSI in terms of experience with 40 pro fights (34-6) to his name.
Although his best days are certainly behind him, the 37-year-old insists he is nowhere as shot as Mike Tyson, who is set to climb back into the ring against Paul at 58 in the not-so-distant future.
“He’s picking someone who’s very dangerous and can hurt him quite badly,” Khan added.
“Mike Tyson is long past his best and really doesn’t have it in anymore, but I’ve still got it in me.
“I’m still training and keeping fit. He’s messing around with someone who just recently retired.
“They want to get lawyers involved and everything, the negotiations have got that far. I’m a prizefighter and if it makes sense financially then 100 percent [it will happen].
“These YouTubers sometimes bite off more than they can chew. He’s said he wants to fight and when the contract is signed, he’s going to get hurt.
“He will understand then that there’s no turning back then. He might be taking the fight for a bit of hype, but I’m not taking it as a joke.”
The end of Khan’s professional career was marred by controversy after it emerged he had tested positive for the banned substance Ostarine in a drug test taken on the night of his fight with Brook.
He was handed a two-year ban by UK-Anti Doping (UKAD), which ended in February meaning he is free to compete under the auspices of the British Boxing Board of Control (BBBofC) should he choose to do so.
Khan maintains to this day that he did not intentionally digest the banned substance.
